Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe Bourbon Whiskey｜ Other Products

Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe is a Kentucky straight bourbon (rye is the secondary grain) made in collaboration with the Chicago Rabbinical Council. It uses Buffalo Trace's rye-recipe bourbon mash, aged seven years in specially designated kosher barrels; to satisfy Passover requirements the barrels are sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony overseen by a cRc representative, and the bottling lines are cleaned before each annual post-Passover release. It is bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof).Breaking Bourbon described raspberry, baking spice, leather and burnt caramel with good intensity on the nose, mixed berries, oak and light citrus on the palate, and a finish of rye spice, strawberry cream and seasoned oak, balancing oak and leather with fruit-forward character. A once-a-year release from America's oldest continuously operating distillery, and a collectible for Buffalo Trace fans.Buy Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe Bourbon Whiskey online with fast shipping right to your door.
