Le Breuil Oloroso Finish is a French single malt from Château du Breuil, the Normandy estate better known for its Pays d'Auge Calvados. The château applies the same patience to whisky: malted barley is mashed, fermented and distilled on the estate, matured in oak, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks sourced from Jerez, Spain. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non chill-filtered, in a 750ml bottle. The Oloroso finish layers dried fruit, walnut and gentle spice over a soft, fruity Norman malt, with a luscious mouthfeel and a balance of sweetness and warmth that carries into a long finish. It sits comfortably beside sherried Speyside malts but with a French accent all its own. A great bottle for collectors of world whisky and for Calvados lovers curious what the château does with barley.Buy Le Breuil Oloroso Finish French Single Malt Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
