5x Flame Emoji!! Dimitri From Paris represses the first five slabs of surefire edits from his own Le-Edits label. DFP is already the stamp of quality for any edit 12", but with the Le-Edits series the veteran DJ/éditeur goes the extra mile with officially licensed edits, reworks and remixes (no more bootlegs!). Check the irresistible grooves of Phyllis Hyman's "You Know How To Love Me" and Keni Burke's "Let Somebody Love You," or the certified NYC classics "Native New Yorker" by Odyssey and Dan Hartman's "Relight My Fire," all extended and re-worked to perfection. The original versions are already established disco anthems, but DFP adds his magic touch for maximum effect on the dancefloor. Also includes edits of Jamiroquai, Ashford & Simpson and the queen Chaka Khan, all out of print at this point and repressed specially for this nice 5 disc boxset. Essential stuff for any self-respecting disco DJ - these won't be leaving your bag (also included!) anytime soon. Recommended.
