SMLOCT2 - STROKER 2 Channel Mini Line Output Converter W/ Trigger
Upgrade your factory audio system with the Cerwin-Vega SMLOCT2 Stroker 2 Channel Mini Line Output Converter with Trigger, designed to seamlessly integrate aftermarket amplifiers with OEM head units. Built with Cerwin-Vega’s high-performance Stroker Series engineering, this 2-channel line output converter (LOC) delivers clean, distortion-free signal conversion for improved amplifier performance and superior sound quality.
The SMLOCT2 Mini LOC is designed to convert high-level speaker signals from factory radios into low-level RCA outputs, allowing easy connection to aftermarket amplifiers and processors. This makes it the perfect solution for modern vehicles where replacing the factory head unit may not be practical.
Equipped with Synclink technology, the Cerwin-Vega SMLOCT2 line output converter provides a 6:1 signal step-down with adjustable output, ensuring precise signal conversion and optimal amplifier input levels. This feature helps maintain a clean signal path, reducing distortion and preserving the integrity of your music.
One of the standout features of the SMLOCT2 LOC is the built-in DC amplifier turn-on trigger, which automatically activates your amplifier when the factory radio sends signal through the speaker wires. This eliminates the need to locate a separate remote turn-on wire, simplifying installation and saving valuable installation time.
The unit also incorporates a digital noise filter and line driver, helping eliminate unwanted electrical noise such as alternator whine and signal interference. The result is cleaner audio performance with improved signal strength, ensuring your amplifier receives a strong, distortion-free signal.
Constructed with premium-grade components and a rugged design, the SMLOCT2 is built to handle the demanding conditions of automotive environments while providing long-lasting reliability.
