The MRCOOL® DIYM336HPW00D21 is a high-efficiency 3-zone ductless mini-split system designed for homeowners who want precision zoning, lower energy bills, and true DIY installation—without sacrificing performance or reliability.
At the heart of the system is the MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 36,000 BTU multi-zone condenser, paired with two 6,000 BTU indoor air handlers and one 12,000 BTU indoor air handler. This layout is ideal for bedrooms, offices, nurseries, guest rooms, and medium living spaces, allowing each area to be conditioned independently for maximum comfort and efficiency.
Installation is dramatically simplified using MRCOOL®’s patented DIY® QuickConnect® technology. The included three 25-ft pre-charged QuickConnect® line sets arrive factory-sealed with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuum pumps, gauges, or EPA-licensed refrigerant handling. The included DIYPRO® cable removes the need for electrical conduit, making installs faster, cleaner, and more durable.
With DC inverter technology, Gold Fin® corrosion-resistant coils, Follow Me® temperature sensing, and full MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller® app integration, this system delivers quiet operation, reliable year-round comfort, and serious energy savings—all in a package built for real DIY success.
