The Wishing Necklace is a playful take on the joy and whimsy of summer, featuring an anchovy fish, and explores a more literal connection the ocean. Often referred to as the 'wish fish', the anchovy acts as a lucky and protective charm for journeys and new endeavours. 

18k Gold Plated: 1 micron of 18 carat gold coating a sterling silver base. 

Necklace length: 19 inches (48.26cm). 

Features a silicon ball slider to customise length. 

Anchovy pendant: 2cm approx. 

Pearl pendant: 6 - 7mm. As we use natural pearls, size will vary slightly. 

Teardrop pendant: 6 x 4mm. 

Set with a freshwater pearl, cubic zirconias and a tourmaline mint green nano gemstone.

To extend the life of your gold-plated jewellery, follow the below care advice: 

Keep it dry: Store your jewellery in a dry, cool place away from humidity, as moisture can cause tarnishing of the sterling silver beneath the plating. 

Use a soft pouch or lined jewellery box: Prevent scratches and friction by keeping each piece separate. Soft cloth pouches or anti-tarnish jewellery boxes work best. 

Avoid exposure to chemicals: Perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household cleaning agents can accelerate the wear of gold plating. Always put jewellery on last when getting ready. 

Remove before water exposure: Since sterling silver is prone to tarnishing and gold plating can fade with moisture, take off your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.
