Torrente High Proof Blanco Tequila｜ Other Products

Torrente's claim is a real first: the world's first certified regenerative tequila, produced under NOM 1588 at Los Charcos in Villa Corona, in Jalisco's Valles Region. Regenerative agriculture goes beyond organic — it's about actively rebuilding soil health rather than just avoiding chemicals — and Torrente carries certification from Regenified along with authorization from the Consejo Regulador del Tequila. The High Proof takes the standard Blanco and bottles it at 100 proof (50% ABV), unaged and crystal clear, with each bottle individually numbered. The extra strength does exactly what you'd want: more weight, more aromatic lift, more structure. Agave Matchmaker's community rates it in the mid-to-high 80s, with blind tasters describing an earthy, autumnal-woods nose of agave, soil, green pepper, grapefruit, mint, honey, and lilac, opening into a brighter, cleaner palate of cooked agave, lime, black pepper, wet soil, minerals, banana pepper, citrus peel, and ginger, with a viscosity that genuinely coats the mouth. Tasters consistently rate the High Proof above the standard bottling. Excellent neat, and it brings real backbone to a margarita or paloma.
