Product Overview

This EGR Performance turbo coolant feed line is a direct replacement style turbocharger hose for the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel cooling circuit. The line uses a stainless braided hose design in place of the fixed rigid hard line described in the original product information, helping address concerns related to pressure, vibration, and aging coolant line service.

Common Faults & Replacement Symptoms

Visible coolant seepage or residue near the turbo area on 2011 to 2016 for Ford Super Duty 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel trucks.
Coolant odor after driving that may indicate the turbo coolant feed line or related hose connection should be inspected.
Low coolant level that returns after topping off and may be related to a leaking turbocharger hose.
Wet, corroded, or stained fittings around the original line that matches replacement for BC3Z-9U469-A or replacement for BL3Z-6A968-C.
Cooling system concerns should be diagnosed before replacement because no specific diagnostic trouble code is provided for this turbo coolant feed line.

Ideal For

This product is ideal for owners, diesel repair shops, and fleet maintenance teams servicing 2011 to 2016 for Ford F250 F350 F450 F550 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engine. It is suitable when the existing turbo coolant feed line cross references to replacement for BC3Z-9U469-A or replacement for BL3Z-6A968-C.
