True STR1RPT-1S-1G-HC Pass-Thru Refrigerator

All successful restaurants need a well running refrigerator. Refrigeration not only preserves the freshness of your ingredients and food, but it also slows down the growth rate of bacteria. These are both important factors when it comes to running a thriving food service business. So, where do you buy the perfect refrigerator? Well, right here at Jean's Restaurant Supply! Our sales staff is the most knowledgeable around, and they will fit your business with the best refrigerator for you.

One of our highest recommended units is the STG1RPT-1S-1G-HC, a pass-thru refrigerator from True. The cabinet is constructed with high density, polyurethane insulation. The exterior is constructed using a stainless-steel front and an aluminum alloy top, back, and sides. The frame rail is welded of heavy-duty steel, and coated with black powder to prevent corrosion. The full height solid door in the front and full height glass door in the rear include a positive seal self-closing feature, a stay open mechanism, and life-time guaranteed door hinges. The interior has bright LED lights that are activated when the door is opened and shine on three adjustable PVC coated shelves per section.

The self -contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 hp compressor. The EMC motor operates at high peak efficiency and moves a constant volume of air throughout the system. The constant movement of air provides your freezer with quicker recovery times. All of these components work in unison to maintain the standard operating temperature of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you're running a kitchen that bakes from scratch, we at Jean's Restaurant Supply highly recommend a top mounted refrigeration system for you. Why? Well, because you'll never have to worry about flour, or any other similar debris clogging up the refrigeration system because it sits at the top.
