PRO VENT Oil Separator Catch Can KitSKU: PV660DPK
Fits: Toyota Prado 120 Series (2002-2007) 3.0L Turbo DieselCompatible Engines: 1KZ-FE, 1KD-FTV
Protect your Toyota Prado’s diesel engine with the Direction Plus™ ProVent® Oil Separator Catch Can Kit, designed to reduce harmful oil contamination caused by blow-by gases in the crankcase ventilation system. This kit is specifically suited for the 1KZ-FE and 1KD-FTV turbo diesel engines found in the 120 Series Prado models.
Modern diesel engines equipped with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems recirculate exhaust gases back into the engine, which, combined with crankcase oil vapors, leads to the buildup of oil and soot inside the intake manifold and valves. This buildup can cause blocked inlet passages, reduced engine power, and eventual component failure.
The Direction Plus™ ProVent® system prevents these issues by efficiently separating oil and air from blow-by gases and allowing the oil to be safely returned to the sump or drained, protecting your engine’s vital components.
Benefits of the ProVent® Oil Separator Kit:

Prevents oil and soot from contaminating the air intake system

Protects turbochargers from oil damage

Reduces oil consumption on installations where oil is returned to the sump

Prevents oil buildup in intercoolers

Regulates crankcase pressure for better engine performance

Keeps engine components clean for longer life

Decreases exhaust smoke and unpleasant odours

Note: Fits Toyota Prado 120 Series (2003-2007) with 1KZ-FE engine. Compatible only with Hilux-style ABS units.
