Old Fitzgerald 7 Year Bottled In Bond Bourbon Whiskey｜ Other Products

Old Fitzgerald 7 Year Bottled-in-Bond is the first permanent Old Fitz in a generation — seven-year wheated Heaven Hill bourbon at 100 proof, launched June 2025 as the everyday entry below the twice-yearly decanters. Old Fitzgerald dates to 1884 and was Stitzel-Weller's flagship under Pappy Van Winkle; Heaven Hill bought the brand in 1999, and the bonded decanter series since 2018 has been an allocated collector's chase. The 7 Year is the answer: the same wheated 75% corn, 20% wheat, 5% malted barley mashbill, one distilling season, aged seven years in the Bardstown rickhouses, bottled at exactly 100 proof per the 1897 act, in a standard bottle styled after the decanter, always on the shelf. Breaking Bourbon: a vibrant mix of fruit-forward and warmly spiced notes — apricot, peach, cinnamon, and toasted oak on the nose; honey graham cracker and snickerdoodle with cinnamon, vanilla, and dried fruit on the palate; and a medium finish of raisin, cinnamon, worn leather, and toasted oak, slightly dry. Drinkhacker and The Whiskey Reviewer both call it the accessible way into the name. Honest note: seven-year bonded wheated bourbon from the house that makes Larceny and the Old Fitz decanters, at a price that makes it a house pour — the Weller Special Reserve alternative that's older and always available. Neat, on a cube, or in an Old Fashioned. Old Fitzgerald, seven years, bonded.Buy Old Fitzgerald 7 Year Bottled In Bond Bourbon Whiskey online with fast shipping right to your door.
