Duoderm Hydrocolloid Dressings 15 x 15cm (Extra Thin)
Duoderm Extra Thin hydrocolloid dressings provide a low-profile, conformable cover for superficial wounds and fragile skin. The thin hydrocolloid layer gels on contact with exudate to help maintain a moist wound environment while the flexible film backing supports comfortable wear on contoured areas.
Highlights

Extra thin, low-profile design for discreet wear and easy layering under clothing or secondary dressings
Hydrocolloid technology forms a cohesive gel to help maintain an optimal moist wound environment
Semi-occlusive film helps protect from external contaminants while allowing moisture vapour transmission
Conformable sheet adheres securely yet is gentle on removal; suitable for areas prone to friction or shear
Borderless sheet can be cut to shape for smaller sites or difficult contours
Transparent/low-opacity finish aids site inspection without immediate removal
Single-use; individually wrapped

Common uses

Superficial/partial-thickness wounds with low exudate
Skin protection for fragile or at-risk areas (e.g., under medical devices, around ostomy sites per local protocol)
Post-procedural cover, donor sites once hemostasis achieved
As a primary dressing or protective secondary cover over compatible wound products

Not intended for heavily exuding or clinically infected wounds; follow local guidelines
Remove gently by stretching the dressing parallel to the skin to release the adhesive
