Are you ready to cook with an all natural, wood-fired broth prepared exclusively with local vegetable ingredients from Valencia, Spain? 
 An all vegetable broth in a league of its own, with a vegan stamp certification. A half kilo of vegetables are wood fired with maximum heat to extract all of their rich flavors. At that point, water is added and slow cooked in the vegetables allowing the aroma of the wood to permeate for 90 minutes. It then rests for the final 30 minutes to absorb the last embers beneath. This broth is then packed and presented in a 1-liter can.
Ideal for 3-4 diners to enjoy, this broth is unbelievably versatile. Use it in a paella, a fideuà or a stew to add incredible wood-fired flavors.
