Lupinus polyphyllus - The Governor｜其他商品

Big, stately, and glamorous, Lupinus polyphyllus ‘The Governor’ is a classic perennial lupine with bold blue-purple and white flower spikes that make a gorgeous vertical statement. Rising 12–18" above dense palmate foliage, the blooms bring cottage garden drama, pollinator appeal, and old-fashioned elegance to borders and large containers.
Also known as The Governor Lupine, this perennial forms a handsome 24–30" clump of leaves that delivers excellent foliage interest even before the flowers appear. Blooming from late spring to midsummer, it is a phenomenal presence in mixed perennial beds, cutting gardens, pollinator plantings, and large 20+ gallon containers. Butterflies love the flowers, while deer generally leave the plant alone.
Plant Lupinus polyphyllus ‘The Governor’ in full sun to light afternoon shade with rich, composty, well-drained soil and good air circulation for best performance. Keep evenly watered during active growth and enjoy those stately, bicolor spires. Explore more perennial favorites in our Lupinus - lupine (Perennial) collection.
