Protect your Toyota Fortuner’s diesel engine with the Direction Plus™ ProVent® Oil Separator Catch Can Kit. Designed to reduce oil contamination caused by blow-by gases in the crankcase ventilation system, this kit helps maintain engine performance and prolong engine life.
Modern diesel engines equipped with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems recirculate exhaust gases back into the engine. Oil vapors from the crankcase mix with these exhaust particles, causing buildup that blocks inlet manifolds and valves. This results in reduced engine performance and possible engine damage.
The Direction Plus™ ProVent® system effectively separates oil from blow-by gases, redirecting it back to the sump or safely draining it to protect critical engine components and maintain engine efficiency.
Benefits of the ProVent® Oil Separator Kit supplied by PPD Performance:

Prevents oil and soot contamination entering the clean air intake

Provides excellent turbocharger protection

Minimises oil consumption when oil is returned to the sump

Prevents oil buildup in intercoolers

Regulates crankcase pressure

Keeps essential engine components clean

Reduces exhaust smoke and unpleasant odours
