Vollrath 6422445 Description

The Vollrath 6422445 Jacob's Pride® Spoodle® portion control spoon's capacity is stamped on its shaft, and its handle comes in gray to indicate its size. This 18/8 stainless steel unit has a 3.68-inch bowl diameter and holds 4 ounces of product, reducing overserving. Perforations line the bowl's bottom, draining unwanted liquid prior to plating. Its one-piece construction provides durability for back-to-back serving, and the nylon handle is comfortable to grip for extended periods of time. Because it's heat resistant to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, this spoon can be stored on the edge of a hot food pan without melting. Its built-in stopper notch can also secure it in place on a food pan, preventing it from sliding into food. An antimicrobial agent is integrated in the handle to hinder bacterial growth, maintaining a clean handle in between general cleaning. Overall, it has a 13.81-inch length so users can reach into deep food pans.
