This package combines the 36,000 BTU DIY-MULTI5-36HP230D-O outdoor unit with:

One 12,000 BTU air handler (DIY-12-HP-WMAH-230D25-O) – up to ~550 sq. ft.
One 18,000 BTU air handler (DIY-18-HP-WMAH-230D25-O) – up to ~800 sq. ft.
