True TWT-60D-2-HC Worktop Refrigerator

All successful restaurants need a well running refrigerator. Freezing and refrigeration not only preserves the freshness of your ingredients and food, but it also slows down the growth rate of bacteria. These are both important factors when it comes to running a food service business. So, where do you buy the perfect freezer? Especially if you don't have any extra space in your kitchen. Well, right here at Jean's Restaurant Supply! Our sales staff is the most knowledgeable around, and they will fit your business with the best undercounter refrigerator for you.

One product is the True TWC-60D-2-HC worktop refrigerator, it is energy efficient in keeping its contents cold due to the entire cabinet structure and doors being insulated with foamed-in-place, high density, polyurethane. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel in the front, top, and sides, with a matching aluminum alloy finished back -- all of which is resistant to rust and corrosion. The single stainless-steel door and two drawers include a positive seal self-closing feature as well as a stay open mechanism. The interior features an NSF approved clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless-steel floor. The stainless-steel floor is not just for speedy cleaning, but this design also prevents the danger of harmful bacteria that will reside at the bottom of the freezer from accumulating. It includes two adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves on four chrome plated shelf clips included per section.

The self-contained refrigeration system is accessed from the back of the cabinet and slides out for easy maintenance. It runs on environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The extra-large, evaporator coil is balanced with 1/5 hp compressor and a large condenser. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and large fan blades proved a low velocity, how volume air flow. The constant movement of air provides your refrigerator with quicker recovery times. This unit even features an automatic defrost system that is time initiated and time terminated. All of these components work in unison to maintain the standard operating temperature of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
