True STR2HRT-2S-2S Roll-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet

All successful restaurants need a well running heated holding cabinet. Utilizing one in your restaurant will not only preserve the freshness of your ingredients and food, but this product was designed to keep whatever it is that you're storing from drying out. These are both important factors when it comes to running a thriving food service business. So, where do you buy the perfect heated cabinet? Well, right here at Jean's Restaurant Supply! Our sales staff is the most knowledgeable around and will fit you with the perfect unit.

One of our highest recommended units is the STR2HRT-2S-2S roll-thru from True. The cabinet uses foamed-in-place, high density, polyurethane. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel. The frame rail is welded of heavy-duty steel, and coated with black powder to prevent corrosion. The two full height solid doors in the front and rear include a positive seal self-closing feature and life-time guaranteed bolt style door lock. The interior has aluminum sides with a stainless-steel floor and ceiling. It is designed to accommodate roll-in racks up to 66" in height.

The cabinet can provide temperatures in a range of 140 to 180 degrees, with a heating system that is controlled by an on/off switch located on the exterior. It has two stainless-steel finned tube heating elements designed to provide a consistent generation of heat. Low velocity fans are used to assure that even temperature is distributed.
