Best Value｜ Other Products ｜Blu & Exile: Give Me My Flowers While I Can Still Smell Them (Color Vinyl, Free MP3) Vinyl 2LP

Blu & Exile are back with the long-awaited follow up to "Below The Heavens." Give Me My Flowers While I Can Still Smell Them finds the LA-based rapper/producer duo returning to their collaborative roots with a full length that delivers not only on the beats, but on the rhymes as well. Exile is on the production of course, and flexes mastery over the MPC with soulful, sample-driven beats that totally complement Blu's gymnastic wordplay. Blu is not only capable of delivering tongue-twisting raps, but the content behind those words remains playful and introspective at the same time. Together the two can draw comparisons to legendary rapper/production duos such as Dilla & Common, Hi-Tek & Talib Kweli, and Pete Rock & CL Smooth, but with a modern, sun-soaked SoCal twist. 17 tracks on double red vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve with 10 x 10 poster and free download card.
