Product Overview
The High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) discharge tube is a critical component of your 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel engine's fuel injection system, carrying high pressure oil from the HPOP to the oil rails to power your fuel injectors. This EGR Performance replacement tube is built to match or exceed OEM specifications for reliable, long-lasting performance under all driving conditions.
Common Faults & Replacement Symptoms

Visible oil leaks around the HPOP or oil rail connections on your Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel engine
Loss of oil pressure leading to rough idle, reduced power, or engine stalling
Fuel injection system fault codes related to low oil pressure or injector misfires
Difficulty starting your 2003-2004.5 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel vehicle, especially when warm
Premature wear or failure of the HPOP due to consistent oil pressure loss from a cracked or worn discharge tube

Ideal For
This HPOP discharge tube is ideal for DIY Ford Powerstroke owners, professional diesel mechanics, and fleet maintenance teams looking for a high quality, cost effective replacement for the factory HPOP discharge tube on 2003-2004.5 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel vehicles, eliminating the high cost of OEM dealer parts without sacrificing quality or fitment.
