Other Products ｜Vampire Weekend: Contra (180g) Vinyl LP

Sophomore LP from indie-pop darlings Vampire Weekend. This one takes all of the notable elements from the group's debut album - the preciousness, the borrowing from traditional African music, the happy-go-lucky vocals from Ezra Koenig - and cranks them up even further. Check out the band's ode to refreshing Mexican beverages on "Horchata," the auto-tune(!) on "California English," the new wave influence on "Giving Up The Gun," or the slow ballad "I Think Ur A Contra." 10 tracks on 180g vinyl, packaged in a pic sleeve that also includes a poster of the album cover.
