All-New｜ Other Products ｜Kuttat Elk Reed Clearwater Series

Smooth. Natural. Proven.
The Kuttat Elk Reed was built around one of the most trusted latex profiles elk hunters have relied on for decades—yellow latex known for its smooth feel, forgiving control, and natural sound quality.

By pairing that historically proven latex with an extremely low horizontal stretch, the Kuttat becomes one of the softest and easiest-running reeds in the Clearwater Series—requiring less effort while maintaining excellent control across a wide range of elk vocalizations.
The result is a reed that produces realistic nasal cow sounds, smooth calf talk, and controlled bugles with ease. Run it soft when elk are close and conditions call for finesse—or lean into it when you need more volume and emotion without losing realism.
This is the kind of reed that quickly becomes a permanent part of your pack because it simply works in so many situations.
Part of the Clearwater System
Most elk reeds on the market live in a narrow lane—slightly different cuts, slightly different tones, but ultimately built around the same idea. The Clearwater Series was designed differently.
Elk communication changes constantly depending on mood, pressure, distance, terrain, herd dynamics, and emotion. That’s why every reed in the Clearwater lineup is purpose-built to fill a specific role inside a complete calling system.
The Kuttat lives in the versatility lane.
Soft enough for realistic close encounters. Capable enough to push volume when needed. Easy enough for everyday use.
