Riley Blake Quilty™ Basting Spray helps hold quilt layers and embroidery projects in place with a temporary, repositionable bond. Designed specifically for quilting cottons, this 11.7 oz spray makes the basting process smoother, simpler, and less fussy than pinning alone. The formula is colorless, odorless, stainless, and spotless, so it keeps your fabric looking clean while you work. It also won’t gum up needles, helping your machine stitch through layers more comfortably.
Formulated for quilt sandwiches and embroidery, Quilty™ Basting Spray works best with 100% cotton fabrics but can also be used on poly/cotton blends. For larger projects, begin spraying and smoothing from the center, then work outward to help reduce shifting and wrinkles. Its repositionable hold gives you time to adjust your layers before stitching, which is especially helpful for quilts, wall hangings, and hooping embroidery designs.
