Aroma and Flavour
The scent profile of Amnesia is immediately recognisable, with bold notes of lemon zest and sweet herbs. Underneath, there is a subtle earthiness that adds depth and prevents the citrus from becoming overpowering. When broken apart, the buds release a wave of fresh, almost floral tones that linger in the air. On the palate, expect a bright and tangy citrus flavour that gradually evolves into a mellow, woody finish. The smoke is smooth and satisfying, leaving a clean aftertaste that invites another draw. This balance of sharpness and warmth is one reason the strain continues to appeal to a broad range of users.
Effects and Experience
Amnesia is renowned for delivering a soaring cerebral high that inspires creativity and conversation. The uplifting nature of its effects makes it ideal for daytime use, whether for artistic projects, social gatherings, or simply enjoying the outdoors. Many users note an initial rush of euphoria followed by a sustained, clear-headed focus. While primarily a mental experience, the strain also offers a gentle physical relaxation that can ease tension without inducing lethargy. This makes it versatile for those wanting stimulation without the crash that comes from heavier varieties. The balance allows for both productivity and enjoyment in equal measure.
Grow Notes
Growing Amnesia can be a rewarding venture for those who understand the needs of a tall, sativa-leaning plant. Indoors, training techniques such as topping or SCROG can help manage its height and improve light penetration. Consistent feeding and attention to airflow will promote strong bud formation. Outdoors, this strain thrives in warmer climates with plenty of sunlight, where it can reach its full potential in both size and yield. While not overly delicate, it benefits from protection against prolonged wet weather late in the season.
