Carlisle 4037900 Sparta Meteor Flat Pastry / Basting Brush with 3"W Boar Bristles & Plastic Handle with Hook - White

Carlisle 4037900 Sparta Meteor Basting Brush

Sparta brushes are especially designed for the foodservice industry. The hook is molded into the handle to hang on the lips of containers to prevent bristle burn. This basting brush is 2" wide and made with boar bristles.

Boar Bristles – Sterilized, natural bristles provide excellent fluid retention and are epoxy-set to prevent harboring of bacteria
Projecting Hook – “Molded-into-the-handle” hook protects brush from heat damage and allows brush to rest on container rim or to elivate the bristles off of counter tops
Molded Plastic Handle – Assures long-lasting use and easy cleanability
Handle Notch – Pre-drilled notch allows for easy hanging on hooks or cord

Note: Basting brushes should not be cleaned in dishwashers. Brushes should be dipped in a commercial cleaning solution and rinsed.
