Adhesive backed cloth
Authentic, unused, uncirculated
Certification Number 106031550
ConditionGraded 9 Mint. The welded plastic encapsulation sleeve exhibits a light pattern called Newton's Rings. This is a purely cosmetic effect of the plastic. PSA confirms this is a harmless optical illusion, not moisture or damage, and assures collectors that the card is properly encapsulated and protected. Newton's Rings occur when two clear plastic surfaces—such as the inner protective sleeve and the PSA holder—touch and cause a light interference pattern visible as rings or bands. This effect is common when a card is thin or smaller, requiring an insert sleeve to prevent movement inside the holder. The exterior surface of the slab has faint surface wear, including light marks and scuffs.
