From Taylor:
"Players hoping to add the uniquely Latin-inspired sounds of the Somos Collection to their toolkit are sure to be enticed by the all-black 250ce Plus BLK Doce Doble, a unison-strung 12-string with a striking visual profile. This cutaway Dreadnought acoustic-electric boasts a solid top of torrefied spruce paired with layered maple back and sides, serving up a clear, bold voice rich with octave sparkle and a dash of aged-in warmth thanks to our proprietary top roasting process. The unison tuning yields a sound that's distinctive within the 12-string category, perfect for traditional Mexican and Latin genres and a welcome addition to other acoustic styles for experimental players. Appointments include an glossy black finish accented with a pearloid pickguard and truss rod cover, satin black tuning machines, white binding, and traditional dot fretboard inlays. Onboard ES2 electronics ensure clean sound for amplified situations, and the included AeroCase offers all the protection of a hardshell case at one-third the weight."Black, Unison strung 12 string tuning, Gloss finish, Dreadnought cutaway body shape, Torrefied Spruce top, Faux Pearl Single Ring Rosette, C-Class bracing with Relief Rout, Layered Big Leaf Maple back and sides, White binding, West African Crelicam Ebony fingerboard with the faux pearl 4mm dot inlays on a Neo-Tropical Mahogany neck, 25.5” scale length, 1 7/8th” nut width, Cast/sealed tuners, With the Expression 2 pickup system and Aerocase hard bag
