Scrape down sides and continue mixing on medium speed for 10 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin.BakeBake at 150°C8x3” Round tin – bake for approx. 60 minutes (500g mix)10x3” Round tin – bake for approx. 75 minutes (1kg mix)Note: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3cm of space from the top.
