Nardini Grappa Riserva 7 Anni is the expression that silences every remaining doubt about whether grappa belongs in the same conversation as aged Cognac and single malt Scotch — a seven-year masterpiece from Italy's oldest distillery that demonstrates exactly what patience and fine-grained Slavonian oak can do to a beautifully made pomace spirit. The result of over two centuries of expertise and tradition at the Bassano del Grappa distillery founded by Bortolo Nardini in 1779, the 7 Anni is a special blend of the smoothest and most fragrant grappas selected from multiple vineyards — carefully aged for a minimum of seven years in Slavonian oak cellars where the cool, consistent temperature of the Nardini underground vaults allows the spirit to develop without rush. Four more years in oak beyond the 3 Year Riserva transforms the profile from vibrant and approachable into something genuinely contemplative. The appearance is light amber with warm golden tones — already a statement of intent. The nose is nuanced, intense, and aromatic with a wide variety of spicy and fruity notes — vanilla, Marasca cherry, wild berries, dried fruit, and subtle oak — while the palate is rich, full-bodied, and sustained with gentle vanilla notes, fruity sweetness, and harmonious oak spice — finishing long, warm, and elegant with a rounded oak and vanilla aftertaste that invites another pour. Bottled at 45% ABV. The ideal after-dinner digestif alongside dark chocolate, mature cheese, or tiramisu. Buy Nardini Grappa Riserva 7 Anni online with fast shipping right to your door.
