The forerunner of the Roland TR-77 to which it is very similar, this is another great-sounding Ace Tone drum machine. It nails those classic, "woody", full-bodied early analogue drum sounds.
Serviced and ready for action.
Separate volume control for four different sounds and the ability to stack both the "Latin" rhythms and the "2-Beat/4-Beat" variations on top of the other rhythms give plenty of potential for jamming with this machine.
CONDITION: Good cosmetic condition. Has some oxidation to the metal rear and base but is otherwise in clean condition.
Ace Tone was started by Ikutaro Kakehashi who went on to found the Roland Corporation. The build quality and attention to detail is generally great – these machines were built to last.

This is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.

A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.
We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.

For sales in UK/EU the price will include VAT. VAT-free sales are possible to businesses and individuals in the EU (outside the UK) with a valid VAT Number - please get in touch if you wish to buy this way.
